Ah, The Folly. My absolute favorite spot in London (I mean seriously, even the bathrooms were amazing). This inventive and gorgeous restaurant is located right at the foot of The London Monument and is nothing short of breathtaking. The ambiance and decor were like nothing I had ever seen. Beautifully creative, rustic and colorful we sat at picnic benches with dripping candelabras and fresh potted herbs as centerpieces. The mango mojito and passion fruit martini were fun and delicious - the warm bread oil and olives were delicious but the highlight was the Mediterranean flat bread and prawn cocktail. I would definitely go back and recommend The Folly to anyone in London!
